This is our mid range Manuka Product. Most high grade manuka honey has been heat treated to artificially boost its activity to unnatural levels which often destroys the goodness that people want. We do not try to artificially “boost” activity levels preferring to supply only honey in the way the bee’s intended. This whilst not quite as good as our 15+ is still recognized as a good boost to good health.
